Bonnie Schneider is a CNN meteorologist who can be seen in HLN, CNN, and other platforms. The DIY NETWORK's LAST HOUSING STATING series, which aired on the 30th of March, 2012 featured Bonnie Schneider as the expert on camera and the executive producer. Her first book EXTREME weather. It was released by Palgrave Macmillan January 31 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. While in Boston, she also provided entertainment and lifestyle reporting as the special assignment reporter every day of the week. She was the weekend weather forecaster at WFOR-TV Miami prior to joining WB56. She held various reporting and meteorology positions which included News 12 Long Island (a 24-hour cable television news network) and WXII TV in Winston-Salem. In New York City, she served as a weatherman fill-in for The Saturday Early Show for CBS.
